Care TOSHIBA P205 series users! Webcam Problems!?

Hello everyone ... Well first, most of my family lives in Ireland, for what goes without saying, webcams are very useful for me! However, I recently purchased a Toshiba laptop P205 series with a built in webcam. In his most part, works great! However, times (plus a lot of the time), when I try to use the camera, says "locked by another application." I have no idea what this means, much less try to go about fixing it. I'm pretty sure that the camera itself is not broken, but then again What do I know. If any of you have any idea about the solution, or whatnot, it would be much appreciated. I really want to see my brothers! Thanks everyone! <3 Reed
