How to take photos with The Sims 2 Body Shop?

Like, I know how to change the default picture to upload to the sims 2 exchange, but is a pain to get into the game to take pictures of my sim want to upload, open the body shop again, and upload again.So I've seen people whose images by default Sims have been taken into Body Shop and wanted to know how? I have not a picture editing program like photo shop, all I have in my laptop is not Paint.I has a prt sc / sys RQ key on my laptop either, I have a prt sc button and a back button.They RQ "next to each other, but if the press in happens.So same time nothing does anyone know how to take pictures in Body Shop? I know this is a long and difficult question, but I really need the help.Links are welcome, I've tried searching on Google and found nothing helpful.If bear the exchange and knows how to take pictures too:] I'm really easy confused.An to understand step by step explanation would be very appreciated.Thanks:]

It is a great free program you can download called Gadwin PrintScreen. You can download here: http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/ is used in all the best Sim screenshots, blogs and bequests. Just download and install and assign a key shortcut. Open Body, hit what you've assigned hotkey and a beautiful screenie is saved in the folder Gladwin.
