How do I upload videos from my Kodak camera to my Acer laptop?
I have a Kodak EasyShare C813 camera and an Acer laptop. I put my SD card in the slot and press 'Import pictures and videos'. When it gets to them it says 'Some files could not be imported' and its always the videos. It asks me to 'download' somethng in which I am not sure of. What do I do?
don't bother with the card....leave it in yer camera....plug the camera into yer computer with the USB cable...windows should guide you the rest of the way.....
