Where can I get drivers for a notebook cooler I just bought?

I just bought a laptop hiyatek refrigerator hycf-6157-1. my laptop is a Sony Vaio VGN-fz11m. the refrigerator has a slot for universal memory card reader and 3 USB connections and is in itself a USB 2.0 (1.1). Plugs on the wall to run, but can also be run from your computer using the USB cable If I install the drivers. When I run the installation CD tells me that the software requires Microsoft Windows XP. im running Vista. What can I do? Where can I download the drivers online for free?
