Vista installation again. Laptop was hit by a virus.?
Okay, so every time you boot the laptop. Comes with a black screen and my documents already open. I have to go to run and then run the browser from there. A few seconds after "Safety" tool begins to fail as Yahoo Messenger has a virus and such. Then a blue screen with dump of physical memory, etc. Can someone let me know what do? I would re-install Vista if that is the case, I think I have the CD somewhere, or not. Is there another way to handle this?
