My BlackBerry phone has died, can someone please help!?

Hello. My Blackberry decided to die on me for no reason yesterday. One in evey 30 or so times i replace the battery it loads. 4 in 5 times it loads it goes to an abort or reset screen. Occasionally it gets to my interface then cuts out soon after. It contains all my details from work and personal life and all i need to do is keep it loaded up long enough to sync it with my laptop and retrieve them. B-Berry are useless and say they can't help but i know it can be fixed somehow as it's loaded up a couple of times. I'm absolutely desperate. Help!
